Tax-Exempt Leasing


Ideally suited for small to mid-size projects, for new technology and equipment, where innovative short or long-term financing alternatives are required.

Projects financed by this Program have ranged from $500,000 to $5 million with the term of financing being for 5-10 years. Through a competitive bid process, national and local firms and banks are solicited to provide financing for the institution's project and the rates provided for the financing makes it an alternative to simple source vendor financing or taxable commercial financing.
