Since its creation in 1966, the Rhode Island Health and Educational Building Corporation (RIHEBC) has assisted the nonprofit healthcare and educational institutions in the state meet their goal to provide the highest quality of service in the best facilities. Though RIHEBC's dedicated effort on behalf of these institutions, both financing for needed capital projects and refinancing of existing debt to create savings have been available to them.

Blackstone Valley Community Health Care, Inc. 2011 $6,450,000
The proceeds will be used for financing a portion of the costs of and reimbursing the Institution for prior expenditures relating to, the acquisition, design, construction, furnishing, equipping and landscaping of an approximately 32,000 square foot health center to be located on certain real property at 33 East Avenue, Pawtucket, Rhode Island
