Since its creation in 1966, the Rhode Island Health and Educational Building Corporation (RIHEBC) has assisted the nonprofit healthcare and educational institutions in the state meet their goal to provide the highest quality of service in the best facilities. Though RIHEBC's dedicated effort on behalf of these institutions, both financing for needed capital projects and refinancing of existing debt to create savings have been available to them.
RIHEBC's long history and experience has allowed it to recognize that healthcare and educational issues go beyond a particular facility or piece of equipment and that by utilizing its knowledgeable staff and financial advisors, RIHEBC's assistance integrates the financing with the ongoing efforts of the institution to serve the people of Rhode Island.
