Bonds

Designed for large scale projects.

Tax exempt bond financing is RIHEBC's largest component of assistance. Our financings range from $1.2 million for a nursing home to $214 million for a hospital network. To respond to Rhode Island's growing and changing needs, both the dollar amounts and the scope of the projects underwritten by bonds have increased. Consistently, client's proposals have been transformed from hope into reality. Designed to meet larger capital requirements, this program was structured to respond to the needs of major hospitals and educational institutions in Rhode Island.
